Just be patient...
It can take anywhere from a couple hours to weeks depending on your websites content and the number of links towards it.
If you want to get a head start, than get google crawling it sooner, by signing up to google webmaster tools. However, just because google crawls it, doesn't mean that they index it.
Tips to getting indexed.
1. Don't Spam, Google has been getting more strict with their spam filters; i've had several websites of my banned from google, because of the rate that content was outputted.
2. Keep your code neat and tidy. Either you keep it nicely formatted or you should have you code with absolutely no extra white spaces in it.
3. Avoid Coding errors. Javascript is an exception to this rule; you can have as many javascript errors as you want, it won't effect your results much. However, having simple tag errors like unclosed
tags will do a number.
4. start mentioning your website on forums and blogs; don't spam your links. A somewhat decent method to this, is by putting it in your forum signature.
